1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Aitok ("Platform", "we", "us"), including the website, all software clients distributed by the Platform, enterprise customization services, and technical support services.

The Platform operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing cybersecurity, data security, and consumer protection.

By using the website, downloading any software, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.

2. Service Scope

The Platform provides:

  1. Online Services: website functionality, account systems, membership services;
  2. Software Products: downloadable software, client applications, updates, and licenses;
  3. Enterprise Services: custom software development, dedicated technical support, enterprise deployment.

All services are governed by these Terms without exception.

3. Account & Acceptable Use

Users must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of their accounts. Prohibited activities include: illegal content, service abuse, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, commercial exploitation of Platform software, and any activity that violates applicable laws.

4. Major Violations & Penalties

The Platform reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for the following violations:

  • Cracking, reverse engineering, tampering with, or redistributing Platform software;
  • Attacking, scanning, or disrupting Platform servers or services;
  • Bypassing authorization mechanisms or forging permissions;
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities, circumventing technical restrictions, or using other improper means to obtain unauthorized benefits, disrupt normal system logic, or cause damage to our products and services;
  • Using services for illegal activities including fraud or infringement.

If a user exploits vulnerabilities, circumvents technical restrictions, or uses other improper means to obtain unauthorized benefits or cause damage to our product, we reserve the right to recover resulting losses, permanently suspend the user’s account, and pursue legal liabilities in accordance with the law.

Consequences: All account balances and prepaid amounts are forfeited and non-refundable. All purchased licenses, memberships, and enterprise service entitlements are immediately voided. The Platform reserves the right to recover resulting losses and unjust gains, pursue civil damages, and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

The Platform complies with lawful requests from regulatory and judicial authorities. When presented with valid legal process, the Platform will provide relevant user information as required by law.

6. Service Changes & Termination

The Platform may modify, upgrade, or discontinue services as needed. Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or force majeure events do not entitle users to compensation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by the Platform. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license only. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

Users assume all risks associated with using the Platform. The Platform is not liable for damages arising from user error, third-party tools, or illegal use of services.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; failing that, through litigation in the competent court where the Platform operator is domiciled.
